Packaging
Use packaging containers with good sealing properties, such as plastic barrels or steel-plastic composite barrels, to ensure that hydrogen peroxide will not leak during storage.
Storage
1. Cool and ventilated: It should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight. The temperature should not exceed 30℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80% to reduce the possibility of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.
2. Separate storage: Hydrogen peroxide has strong oxidizing properties and should be stored separately from flammables, combustibles, reducing agents, etc., and should not be mixed to prevent violent reactions or even explosions.
3. Avoid contact with metal: Do not use containers or equipment made of metal materials such as iron, copper, and zinc for storage, because these metals will accelerate the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. It is generally recommended to use plastic, fiberglass, or carbon steel containers lined with plastic.
